This Aston Martin 2 Litre 15/98 is a very desirable Short Chassis version. Only 50 cars from the 2 Litre range were build as a Short Chassis by the Feltham factory, and it is believed that only 40 have survived today.

This is chassisnr A8/850/SO, and is still a matching nrs car. It has a 1950 cc 4 cilinder engine which produces 98 bhp. The gearbox is a syncromesh 4-speed manual, and there are hydraulically operated drum brakes on the four wheels.From the original Vehicle Registration Book that comes with the car, we see that it had 3 owners in the UK. Then it was bought by a German doctor who had the car completely restored in the eighties. The last owner brought it to Holland in the nineties, and kept the car until today. It was used to participate in some European touristic rallies, where it proved to be a very reliable and enjoyable prewar sportscar. It is always maintained like it should be, and is a remarkably original car.
