The Porsche 993 Carrera S was one of the last aircooled Porsches introduced. Combining the stunning Turbo-look of the Carrera 4S with the classic rear wheel drive set-up, the Carrera S was an instant classic and still one of the most desirable versions of the Porsche 993.
It is a rare car as well, with only 3343 examples with manual gearbox produced. That is a proper limited edition in Porsche terms. The Carrera S was equipped with the 3,6 liter Varioram M64/21 engine, producing 285 bhp. In combination with the rear wheel drive (and lower weight) , it was rather faster then the heavier Carrera 4S, and the purist choice then and now.
This example has only got three owners from new, and is in immaculate condition. It has a full Porsche service history, and is still in its factory paint. Equipped with desirable options like a limited slip differential, 18" hollow spoke Turbo alloys, 8-way electrical seat adjustment, cruise control, sunroof and a nice black leather interior. Of course, there is also an air conditioning and original Porsche Becker radio/CD fitted. The total mileage is only 80.460 km, and this is fully documented. The Porsche has a Belgian registration at the moment, and is just been fully serviced by Porsche Centre Mechelen. Furthermore, it has a set of brand new tyres and also the airconditioning is working as it should.
It is probably one of the best examples around of the 993 Carrera S, and a desirable car for every Porsche collector. Priced to sell, and ready for an intoxicating testdrive.
