The MkII version of the MGA was quite an improvement on the original MkI model. It had bigger disc brakes, and a larger 1600 ccm engine producing 80 bhp. This car had some upgrades that were first introduced on the Twin Cam, which gave it quite an entertaining drive.
This particular car was originally delivered in Florida, and came to Europe in 2002. The new owner restored the car completely, and finished it in 2005. This restoration is fully documented with lots of pictures and invoices, and this file shows how professionally this car has been restored. The shutlines are exceptionally good for an MGA, and the finish in general is from a very high level. This matching nrs car drives very well, with a delightful engine note. The interior is well finished with nicely trimmed seats in tan leather. The car has the typical luggage rack, and chromed wire wheels.
